E-posters at SfE BES conference

Posters are a great way of getting yourself established as a scientist and presenting your work to your peers, but what happens to them once the conference is over?
This year, the Society for Endocrinology has introduced e-posters, allowing you to present your meticulously transformed data and lovingly fitted curves for eternity. We’ve also set up an internet cafĂ© in the exhibition area where you can upload your poster and view others.
Don’t forget to upload your e-poster via the SfE BES website - http://www.endocrinology.org/meetings/2012/sfebes2012/abstracts.aspx.

Monday 5 March 2012

Only two weeks to go…

…and we can barely contain ourselves! Excitement is mounting as we get ever closer to the biggest conference on endocrinology in the UK, and below are some of the reasons why.

We’re introducing an e-poster facility to this year’s conference: if you’ve had a poster accepted keep an eye on your email inbox - you’ll be invited to submit an e-poster later this week.

We’ll be discussing the Society’s progress and its exciting plans for the future at the SfE Annual General Meeting, 08:10 on Wednesday 21 March in the Main Auditorium. Come along to have your say.

And as always you'll find some of the best of UK and international basic science and translational research, clinical investigation and clinical practice in endocrinology. Don’t forget you can register to attend the Society for Endocrinology BES 2012 meeting online at http://www.endocrinology.org/meetings/2012/sfebes2012/registration.aspx.

We look forward to seeing you in Harrogate. If tweeting about the SfE BES 2012 conference you can use the hashtag #sfebes12 to join the conversation.
