The Society for Endocrinology has a number of grant schemes available to help fund your travel to our SfE BES conference. However, application deadlines are coming up fast so make sure you apply soon!
Conference Grants
The Society for Endocrinology is pleased to offer Conference Grants worth up to £500 to our members to help fund travel and accommodation expenses to attend the SfE BES meeting. The deadline for applications to receive a Conference Grant to attend the SfE BES 2012 is 15 December 2011.

Society for Endocrinology BES meeting free places
This grant scheme offers clinical and basic science trainees and nurses, who have not yet chosen endocrinology as their specialty, the opportunity to attend the Society for Endocrinology BES 2012 meeting for free to find out more about the discipline and hopefully stimulate their interest in endocrinology!
Successful candidates receive a complimentary meeting package, which includes registration fees to the value of £300, accommodation for the duration of the meeting, reimbursement of reasonable subsistence costs and the reimbursement of economy-class travel expenses. The package is worth up to a maximum of £750 – this is a great deal and really is an opportunity not to be missed!
This grant scheme is available to Student Members of the Society and to candidates nominated by Full Members. Applications close on 5 December 2011, so make sure you get your applications in soon.
